new_bot is an Instagram automation tool that may detect predefined keywords in public comments and send requested materials through Instagram Direct.
2. Acceptance
By interacting with the application, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to bypass Meta or Instagram rules.
4. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Availability may be affected by Meta, Instagram, hosting providers, maintenance, or technical failures.
5. Third-party platforms
The service relies on Meta and Instagram APIs. Use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's and Instagram's own terms, policies, and technical limitations.
6. Intellectual property
Materials delivered through the application remain the property of their respective owner unless stated otherwise. Users may not reproduce or redistribute protected materials without permission.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use or unavailability of the service.
8. Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended if use of the service is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform rules.
