Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of information associated with your interaction with new_bot, send an email to:
What to include
- Subject line: new_bot data deletion request;
- your Instagram username;
- a brief description of the interaction or data you want deleted;
- any additional information reasonably needed to verify the request.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify it when necessary, and delete or anonymize data under our control unless retention is required by law, security needs, or legitimate technical obligations.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 calendar days and complete valid requests within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
Meta and Instagram data
Some information may be controlled directly by Meta or Instagram. Requests concerning data held by those platforms should also be made through their own account and privacy tools.
