This Privacy Policy explains how new_bot processes information when users interact with the application through Instagram.
1. Who we are
new_bot is an automation tool operated by new_bot Support. It uses the official Meta Instagram API to detect predefined keywords in public Instagram comments and send requested resources through Instagram Direct.
2. Information we may receive
Depending on the permissions granted through Meta, the application may receive:
- Instagram user or account identifiers;
- Instagram usernames;
- public comments on Instagram posts;
- message and webhook events required to provide automated replies;
- technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Information we do not collect
- Instagram passwords or login credentials;
- payment card information;
- private photos, videos, contacts, or unrelated account data;
- information outside the permissions granted through Meta.
4. How information is used
Information is used only to:
- identify comments containing a predefined keyword;
- send an automated private reply through Instagram Direct;
- deliver the requested educational material or link;
- maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the application.
We do not use personal information for profiling, behavioral advertising, or sale to third parties.
5. Legal basis
Where applicable, processing is based on the user's request for the service, the user's consent through Meta permissions, and the legitimate interest in operating and securing the application.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers strictly as needed to operate the application, including Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram API infrastructure, and hosting providers.
7. Data retention
The application is designed to retain only the minimum data necessary for technical operation. Webhook payloads and temporary technical records may be kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and security, then deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect data, including restricted server access and secure handling of access tokens. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. International processing
Meta and hosting providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Such processing is subject to their own privacy practices and applicable safeguards.
10. Your rights

11. Children's privacy
The application is not intentionally directed to children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services.
